Series no. + production capacity Working Principle: Accepts goes to chip washer, where rotating drum fully blends and mixes the chips with water. At the bottom of the washer settle impurities such as grits and sand, which will be regularly drained to sediment chest by sediment valve. Chips and washing water overflow to inclined dewatering screw, and dewatered chips will go to next stage after meeting process requirement. Hydra screen sieves impurities (wood dust, grits and sand) out of the water from chips. Washing water from hydrasceen will be clarified in washing water tank, while impurities will be drained off regularly; clarified water will be pumped back to chip washer for circulation.
