1General
Impregnator(paper machine) is one of the key equipment in the APMP processing. Its function is to make the chips fluffed by extrusion fluffer impregnate chemical agents fully and evenly in the expansion and dispersion, so it can absorb chemicals make the chips effectively reacting in the reaction bin
2Structure Feature
Main body of the impregnator is the vertical reverse double screw, which consists of shell and two vertical horizontal screw shafts. Stock is promoted upward by the screw shaft.
3Working Principle
After being fluffed by the extrusion fluffer, chips go forward and then to the impregnator, at the bottom of which chemicals is added. By promotion and agitator of screw impellers, the chips are expanded dispersed and so fully absorb the chemicals. Add a proper amount of fresh water to the impregnator to keep certain consistency and liquid level of the chemicals; consequently, chemicals evenly immerse into the chips and achieve better reacting effect.
