Brief introduction:

Screw press is mainly used for black liquor extracting, installed under the blowing tank, separating black liquor from pulp through the mechanical extrusion action of the diameter change screw. Black liquor will go to the black liquor tank through screen. The discharge consistency can be adjusted by the backpressure device at the outlet.

Description of structure

The complete screw press mainly consists of: drive device, screw shaft, screen drum, etc.

--  Drive device: frequency converter, motor, gear reducer, coupling, etc.

--  Screw shaft: the first part is conveying screw; the middle part is conical variable-pitch screw which can increase compressing ratio, filtrate extracting rate and discharge dryness; the last part is heavy pressing part.

--  Screen drum: feed part, pre-filtering part, filtering part, compressing part and discharge part.
